En los últimos cinco años hemos aplicado la Garantía de Reembolso, que ampliamos a este verano. Así es como funciona:
Si durante tu viaje de Heli-Hiking (o Summer Adventure) no estás satisfecho de cómo va, y el asunto sigue sin resolverse hasta el último día, todo lo que te pedimos es que nos escribas una carta narrando tu experiencia, para que podamos corregir nuestros errores y hacerlo mejor la próxima vez. A cambio, te devolveremos el 100% de tu programa de Heli-Hiking. Tan seguros estamos de nuestro buen hacer.
